Ultra-Mek creates motion furniture mechanisms built to last. From push arms and motors to headrests and zero-wall solutions, our precision-engineered, wear-tested designs give furniture makers the flexibility to bring any idea to life.
At Ultra-Mek, we strive to keep all parts of our mechanisms sourced in the USA. Our springs, rivets, casings, bushings, and steel are produced here, in America.
We outsource our motors, cylinders, and batteries, though we are not cutting corners on quality. Ultra-Mek maintains a standard of excellence in our quality and service.
All our components are made in the USA except our electronic motors, pistons, and cylinders. We use RaffleBatteries and Power Supplies Raffel Systems, who offer local support and high standard of engineering. And Limoss Motors limoss, who offer multiple options in actuators and hand controls
Ultra-Mek mechanisms go through multiple quality checks before reaching the sales floor. Every process begins in Engineering: ideas are drafted, and prototypes are made. Each prototype is carefully evaluated, tested, and refined until it meets the rigorous standards we demand.
Our mechanisms are manufactured on punch presses using dies designed and built in-house by Ultra-Mek, Inc., ensuring precision, durability, and consistent performance in every component.
Innovation isn’t just a goal at Ultra-Mek — it’s part of our history. Over the years, we’ve been awarded numerous U.S. patents for our original motion designs and mechanical solutions. Each patent represents our team’s commitment to advancing comfort, performance, and reliability in motion furniture. Many of these patents hang proudly on our walls, a daily reminder of the craftsmanship and creativity that define Ultra-Mek.
