Shane is a graduate of High Point University, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, and has been with Ultra-Mek since 1994. His focus is on developing partner relationships, overseeing manufacturing, and strengthening the lean culture within the company.
Bill is one of the co-founders, and he serves as the Secretary/ Treasurer. As Vice President of Sales, Bill develops strategic partnerships with existing and new customers for increased sales growth.
